Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

    1. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, documentation, and protective materials.

    1. No Damage: The product must be unmodified, and free from any physical damage, including scratches, dents, or evidence of tampering.

    1. Data Deletion: Any personal data or configuration must be erased before returning the product. We are not responsible for any loss or misuse of data on returned devices.

    1. Return Shipping: Contact us either via chat or email to support@homecloud.cloud to co-ordinate return shipment.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 14 business days (usually it is faster). Refunds will be made to the original payment method, subject to the following deductions:

    • Missing components: Just make sure you put all the components like power adapter, Homecloud cube and network cable back in the box. We will communicate to you if any components are missing and charges for the same, if any.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

    • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

    • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

    • Products returned beyond the 15-day window.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [support@homecloud.cloud] with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.

Warranty Claims

This return policy is separate from our warranty policy. For issues related to defects or faults arising after the return period, please refer to our Warranty Terms.

Compliance with Indian Law

In accordance with Indian Consumer Protection regulations:

    • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

    • If a product is found to be defective on arrival, we will cover the full return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
