Beta Program
What is it?
We will provide a Homecloud device to be used at your home/office for a period of 30 days (1 month). We will help you setup,configure and available for support/questions you may have. You have to use it and provide us feedback on the features you liked, didn’t like and any issues you faced. You don’t need to make any payments/deposits. No commitments. At the end of program you will delete your data(copy it your local system) from device and we will take it back.
Why are we doing this?
We want to get your feedback on the device features and usability. Your feedback (collected via a form/interview) will be used to improve our product/service.
What data we will collect?
The only info we collect is your feedback collected via a form and/or a short interview with you.
Data you store on Homecloud device only resides in the device and you will delete all the data before handing it back to us. We do not collect any usage/statistics or any other type of data.
What if you want to keep using Homecloud?
At the end of program if you want to continue using the device you can choose to purchase it.
Your responsibilities
Not many. If you are selected in the program, we will ship you the device, you need to setup (we are available to support) and use it.
At the end of program either return the device (we will arrange for pickup) or if you like to – purchase it.
And yes, you would need to get on a 30 minutes call to provide feedback of the product.
